So I am 99.999999% positive that I am not going to be able to run the marathon this Sunday.
Obviously I am extremely disappointed, but honestly, I am just so sick of being injured that I don’t think running this one race would be worth it in the grand scheme of things.
My goal now is to get completely healthy in time to start training for my October marathon.
I just really want to be able to go out and run and not worry about my injury getting worse or getting a new one.
I can’t sleep.
So I’m going to foam roll.
Me being a vegan has nothing to do with my back spasms, Mom. Don’t even go there.
